Dr. Ipneet (Penny) Dhaliwal was born in India and obtained her DDS degree from the faculty of dentistry at the University of Toronto in 2021. Prior to dental school, she obtained a Master’s degree in Biomedical science with emphasis on Immunology and infectious diseases from the State University of New York. Dr. Dhaliwal has experience in research and defended her thesis on antibodies against ricin toxin in 2015.

Dr. Dhaliwal always had a love for health sciences and found her passion in dentistry at the University of Toronto where she learned a wide range of dental disciplines to provide optimal care to her patients. She is always eager to learn more by taking continuing educational courses and platforms to increase the scope of her practice. Her philosophy is to treat each patient with honesty, quality work, care and compassion in a welcoming environment while having modern technology at hand.

As a dog lover, Dr. Dhaliwal loves to spend her spare time with her mischievous golden retriever – yogi. After moving to Saint John, she is excited to try all the new hiking trails in her free time. She also enjoys dancing, baking and spending time with her family and friends. She believes in giving patients a healthy and confident smile and practices dentistry with a positive attitude, a sense of humor and a genuine desire to know her patient. Dr. Dhaliwal is thrilled to join Luxe Dental Esthetics and looks forward to meeting you.
